Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

We are looking for compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work directly with children and adolescents, implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Job Duties of BCBA

Assessment and
Evaluation
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to determine the individual needs of each child. This includes functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skills assessments.
Treatment Plan
Development
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results. Ensure that plans are tailored to each child’s specific needs and goals.
Supervision
Provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff, ensuring that treatment plans are implemented correctly and effectively.
Parent and
Caregiver Training
Educate and train parents and caregivers on ABA strategies to ensure continuity of care across different settings.
Data
Analysis
Regularly review and analyze data collected during therapy sessions to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaboration
Work collaboratively with other professionals, including teachers, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to coordinate care and maximize the child’s progress.
